Framing an object properly takes more than tools. Both an art and a science, custom framing requires a keen eye, skilled hands, aesthetic sensibilities and an appreciation for smart design. At Visions Custom Framing you can depend on the knowledgeable staff for quality craftsmanship, expert installation and outstanding customer service. Whether you’re framing family photos, a favorite poster, cherished memorabilia or new works of art, Visions will frame, enhance and preserve your pieces while reflecting your personal tastes.

Independently owned and operated, Visions Custom Framing opened in 1992. Located in the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts in Omaha’s historic Old Market district, Visions is proud to be involved in the city’s vibrant arts community. A full-service framing studio open to the public, Visions performs all facets of custom framing - from consultations to installation. Specializing in fine art conservation framing, Visions is a longtime member of the Professional Picture Framers Association (PPFA).

JEAN INCONTRO
Owner/Manager

Owner Jean Incontro opened Visions in 1992. As a Certified Picture Framer (CPF), she has the experience, training and skills necessary to properly handle your custom framing needs. Knowledgeable about the latest framing materials and techniques, Jean specializes in fine art conservation framing, professional picture hanging and art consultation. She is past owner of two commercial art galleries and has experience in curating and exhibiting artwork. You can trust that your pictures, posters, fine art and more are in good hands.

RENEE LEDESMA
Assistant Manager

Renee has been an essential part of Visions Custom Framing since 2003. She is an acclaimed visual and musical artist who derives inspiration from her love of folk art and all things handmade. With a natural eye for color and design as well as collage and presentation of 3D objects it makes a career as an art framer a perfect fit.

ASHLEY
Framer

Ashley joined the Visions Team in 2021. Studying artistic foundations at the Kansas City Art Institute and graduating with a BFA in Bookbinding from UNO, she has the technical skills to handle any job that comes her way. Always equipped with the perfect tool, you will usually find her crocheting, crafting or bookmaking. With a love of paper and perfection falling in love with art framing came naturally.

Preservation

We use the best products available in glazing, matting and mounting boards to protect your treasure from deterioration. A member of the PPFA (professional picture framing association) and certified according to industries standards for conservation.
